EGYPT: ILLUMINATED NILE CRUISE

DESCRIPTION

You are invited to enter the portal that is Egypt and into an authentic journey with
Joanie of Explorations of Light, who discovered a soulful connection with this
land, its people, and the stories it holds.
This will be an adventure, a time with new people, places, sounds, and colors.
Explore the ancient Tombs and Temples, experience the incredible warmth and
hospitality of local families in their homes, and journey together through the
expansive Western Desert, a place that is sure to open your heart.

This specific tour is inspired by the vision of bringing a group of people
together who understand the value of travel as a vehicle to cultural
understanding and self awareness. The goal is to use our traveling community as
support to allow for self reflection to unfold in a way that only travel and Egypt
can bring; having FUN and lots of laughter along the way. 

With the guidance of Joanie and her Egyptian team you can trust that as you
travel the land of Egypt your safety is utmost in their minds. Following current
Covid guidelines will be observed.

With our small group size and experienced tour leaders you will be presented
with a one-of-a-kind journey no other company can offer.

Trip Size

There will be a minimum of 6 travelers for this tour, maximum 10. Numbers are
finalized August 1,2023. The small tour size ensures an intimate environment
for our journey and contributes to creating a safe space to allow us to truly relax
and get to know ourselves in a deeper way. Having had a heart-opening journey
you’ll return home with a stronger, clearer sense of yourself.

• Double room accommodations in 3- and 4-star hotels (Single
  rooms available for an additional fee of $1000.00)
   

• Airport Transfers and all scheduled transport (2 domestic flights, private vans,

OUR TOURS CAN BE PHYSICALLY DEMANDING

• The ability to carry/roll your luggage over uneven pavement (possiblyseveral blocks) and up stairways to reach your hotel, then up several flights of stairs to reach your room.

• Be on your feet, walking and standing, for up to three hours, indoors and

  outdoors, in all weather conditions. Suitable for average fitness levels.

  • Sleep with street noise and no (or weak) air conditioning.

  • After orientation and transportation lessons, be able to navigate through the

TIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Tipping is a way of life in Egypt. While some tips are included in the tour price, be

prepared to tip for personal service. Upon registration a complete list of expected tips

will be given to you.
